Flozi is committed to providing a high-performing and reliable service to all users. To ensure system stability, fair access, and optimal performance, this Fair Use Policy defines acceptable usage limits and identifies actions considered resource abuse.

By using Flozi, you agree to comply with the following usage policies. Breach of these policies may result in temporary restrictions, suspension, or required upgrade to a higher service tier.

Integration Limits
To maintain optimal service quality:
- Maximum of 10 active integrations per account.
- Maximum of 25 field mappings per integration.
Requests for higher limits may be considered on a case-by-case basis under premium plans.
Sync Operation Limits
- Queue to Webflow: Maximum 1,000 items per sync operation.
- Publish to Webflow: Maximum 500 items per sync operation.
- Sync Frequency: Maximum 1 sync every 5 minutes per integration.
Storage and Retention Limits
- Sync History Storage: Limited to 100MB per integration.
- Log Retention: Sync logs are retained for 30 days.
Logs and sync data beyond this limit may be archived or deleted to preserve system efficiency.
Actions for Exceeding Limits
If usage exceeds these fair use thresholds:
- Temporary suspension of sync operations may occur.
- You will receive a notification recommending optimization or upgrade.
- We may request modification of integration behavior to align with fair use.
Resource Abuse Policy
The following actions are strictly prohibited and considered platform resource abuse:
- Repeated, unnecessary sync operations that strain system resources.
- ‍Rapid creation and deletion of integrations without valid operational need.
- ‍Intentionally syncing malformed or corrupt data.
- Concurrent sync operations from multiple integrations beyond set limits.
- Creating duplicate integrations targeting the same datasets.
- Excessive API calls due to automated reconnections or misuse of endpoints.
Enforcement
Flozi reserves the right to:
- Throttle, suspend, or terminate services if abuse is detected.
- Notify users for corrective action before enforcing restrictions.
- Permanently restrict access in cases of repeated or severe abuse.
Policy Updates
We may revise this Fair Use Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email or platform notification and take effect upon publication.
