Why don’t I have to choose prompts?
The plugin reads your published page and proposes a topic from what it states, with the sentence it came from. You confirm or edit it. Then it asks AI one fixed question: which brands to recommend for that topic.
Does it work on staging?
Yes. It prefers your live custom domain and falls back to your webflow.io staging address if the site is not live. It reads the published version, so publish to staging first. Password protected sites and private staging can’t be read. On staging the result is directional: who AI names, sources and gaps still apply, but whether AI cited your page does not, because Webflow keeps webflow.io out of search.
Which AI does it ask?
OpenAI with web search, so you see ChatGPT style answers. It asks three times with search and once without.
Does it change my site?
No. It never inserts or publishes anything, and it never invents facts. You copy the draft sentences you want. Anything it can’t prove stays in [brackets] for you to fill.
